布鲁特斯的心脏

　　两桩离奇命案引起了警方注意：一桩是少女死在已被反锁的卧室里面，现场推断貌似自杀；另一桩是一个妻子亲眼看到丈夫睡梦中举刀自尽，异常诡秘。这两名死者都生前都曾接到“0”（塚本晋也 饰）的来电，令接手这个案件的雾岛警官（古谷仁美 饰）坚信内里大有隐情。
　　雾岛请求恶梦侦探影沼（松田龙平 饰）的帮助，他具有进入他人梦境的神奇力量。影沼对于这个特异功能非常苦恼，为此他看尽了人心之恶，世间之险，对美好的事物不抱幻想。当一位警员在联系了“0”之后危在旦夕，影沼才最终应承介入调查。
　　影沼披上他的黑斗篷，与“0”正式交锋。当这个“0”的身世和际遇渐渐揭开了神秘面时纱，人们对这个世界的空虚和失落，也在迅速蔓延，原来，人人心中都有一个黑洞。

　　钟少雄导演的此片意在强调香港电影事业的衰败惨景，并不恐怖，但其在有限的条件下，拍出这部困兽式悲情片，表现了电影人如入地狱的噩梦处境。然而该片过火失控，比起前些年的《阴阳路》用鬼戏院讽刺电影业困境的黑色幽默感，有不及之感。剧情讲述了即将来临的一九九九年最后一夜，北角英皇道一间旧戏院面临封铺关门，由雷宇扬饰演的放映员正放映最后一场电影，观众只有其女友姚乐怡一人，却不料发生了闹鬼事件。此片场面凄厉，其肮脏一面简直惨不忍睹。诸多香港影星包括黎耀祥、吴镇宇、李惠敏、孙佳君、吴志雄和钱嘉乐在内都切身感受了场面。最后闹剧在雷宇扬对姚乐怡的求爱中才得以平息，这也应了魔鬼来人间是考验人们能否 "患难见真情"的作怪目的。但这种考验却太过火，太残忍了。

　　泰国热带雨林中，不时出现一些奇怪事件，某天一对猎人在狩猎中，发现一个小蛇女，并将她捉住，带返研究所意图得到丰厚利润。小蛇女因不断被针药所测试，身体起了极大变化，竟变成巨大蟒蛇，袭击人类，在千钧一发之际，蛇母出现并相劝，蛇女无奈接受现实并默然离去……

　　魔鬼卡车有巨大的车轮、钢铁车厢和超强功率，可以碾碎任何挡在它前进路上的东西!在荒无人烟的1-55地区，有一辆魔鬼卡车赋予这个名字新的意思，不只卡车是恐怖的，还有它的司机。两名大学生开车误入魔鬼卡车的通道上，他们要担心的不只是充满了被截肢的乡巴佬的酒吧，还有这辆魔鬼卡车和他的主人......

　　While the hot rodders and motorcyclists are having a rock-and-roll beach party, a barrel of radioactive material is unloaded from a passing ship, plunges to the bottom and splits against a jagged rock. A black liquid oozes out and covers a shapeless mass on the ocean floor, which suddenly moves and becomes an encrusted vicious monster. Soon there are several monsters and they must have human blood to survive. Tina is the first victim, and football hero Hank Green and airhead Elaine Gavin enlist the aid of her science-professor father, Dr. Gavin, to solve and capture the killer. Not working fast enough to prevent the attack on twenty teen-agers at a slumber party nor the killing of three girl motorists, Dr. Gavin finds an arm lost by one of the monsters and discovers that only sodium will destroy the monsters whose composition is mostly water. Can they gather enough salt in southern California to put an end to this horror?

　　资深刑警崔昌植（孙贤周 饰）新近升职，加上极其器重他的署长跟上层不断美言，崔班长的前途一片光明。谁知正当他春风得意之际，一桩意外突然向他袭来。在和下属饮酒聚餐后，崔昌植乘坐出租回家，不曾想出租车司机将他拉到荒郊野外。对方似乎知道崔班长干过的所有罪恶勾当，一番激烈搏斗后，对方死于崔班长之手。在此之后，他刻意伪装不在场证明，以图瞒混过关。次日一早，受害者尸体竟然被人用吊车悬挂在江南警察局的对面，由此在社会上引起极大震动，而做贼心虚的崔昌植也感觉受到了前所未有的威胁。
　　隐藏在黑暗之中的对手是谁？他究竟想干什么？

　　泰瑞是个善良的好童子军，虽然家境贫穷，但他有个温暖的小家庭。他意外发现爸爸收藏着一些不堪入目的色情照，这让他开始怀疑爸爸可能会是从未被逮到的「双套结杀人魔」。泰勒与热衷双套结杀人魔事迹的好友凯西，决定找出他父亲身上的真相以保护他的家庭。

　　隐居多年的名作家奥诺夫，因其居所附近发生命案而成为疑犯，不料盘问的警长却是奥诺夫的忠实读者，对其作品情有独钟，一些盘问变成了相逢恨晚的知己对话，一些鲜为人知的往事也被一一道出……到底奥诺夫有罪否？死者是谁？

　　一个脱衣舞厅老板和一个美甲师发现他们有很多共同点。最重要的是，他们都是变态连环杀手。他们相爱了，并且成为一起杀人的快乐家庭。直到有一天，他们遇到了一个水管工，而他碰巧是个食人族……

　　Sir Charles Baskerville dies at the entrance of his manor, and Doctor Mortimer says he died of natural causes. However, when telling Sherlock Holmes of the case, he feels Sir Charles' death was a result of a centuries old curse that runs in the Baskerville family, which Dr. Mortimer feels will strike at Sir Charles nephew, Sir Henry, who is arriving to claim the Baskerville estate. Holmes sends Dr. Watson in his place, along with Dr. Mortimer and Sir Henry, to the manor and for Watson to keep an eye out for any suspicious actions. Immediately after arriving, Watson notices the queer occurrences at the estate and surrounding moors, and sends Holmes reports of what is going on concerning the life of Sir Henry. Will Holmes arrive in time to unravel the mystery, and who is responsible for Sir Charles' death and the attempted murder of Sir Henry? Is it Dr. Mortimer, neighbor Stapleton, butler Barryman, harmless old Frankland, a mysterious wild man, or is there a curse on the Baskerville family? Very good opening entry in the Rathbone-Bruce Holmes series (even though this film lacks qualities of any ongoing entries.) The film could have been a bit more darker and foreboding (the film does have a movie studio set feel) and have an ending with a little more confrontation to it, but it does provide for much fun. The romantic scenes with Greene and Barrie have little spark, but there are very good red herring performances by the cast, which is a plus for this movie. Rating, 8.
