　　寂静深夜，Selly（Violenzia Jeanette 饰）、Jack（Ricky Harun 饰）、Tando（Zidni Adam 饰）三名喜好刺激的青年男女驾驶机车飞驰在公路上，突然之间，Selly的机车失控，她摔倒在地，身受重伤，昏迷不醒，Jack、Tando连忙将其送往医院。与此同时，来自日本的女孩幸子（苍井空 饰）正准备和当地的导游外出游玩，谁知却不小心用车门夹上导游的手，语言本就不同的二人也慌慌张张前往医院。不久之后，两组人马在这间有些阴森的医院内会合，隐隐约约中，一个留着长发却看不清面容的女人不时逡巡在幸子等人的周围。
　　对于这几个有些倒霉的青年来说，恐怖而又爆笑的夜晚正慢慢拉开序幕……

　　美国中西部某个小镇，玩偶制作师塞缪尔·穆林斯（安东尼·拉帕格利亚 Anthony LaPaglia 饰）和妻子埃丝特·穆林斯（米兰达·奥图 Miranda Otto 饰）女儿安娜贝尔（萨马拉·李 Samara Lee 饰）过着幸福无忧的生活，然而突如其来的车祸夺走了安娜贝尔的生命，穆林斯一家的生活从此陷入黑暗之中。12年后，一辆老旧的大巴拉来了修女夏洛特（斯黛芬妮·西格曼 Stephanie Sigman 饰）及其收养的孩子，从此之后，穆林斯的房子便成为了她们暂时落脚的新的孤儿院。

　　Michael is a successful actor, but he has a scandal in his past: at a tender age he knifed his father to death. He and his girlfriend Deborah go to his mother's for the weekend, and are joined by the director and others from a recent film project, who are given a rather cool reception by the superstitious housekeeper Oliver. Soon rude things begin happening to some of the guests, and Michael fears a repeat of his nightmare past is in progress

　　You wake up in a shabby hotel room with no idea how you got there. You can’t recall your name. You discover there seem to be other young women in other rooms in the same predicament, though one of them seems to know your name: Anne. After an unpleasant encounter with a rather large cockroach, you have a screaming fit. That’s when the nurses arrive to sedate you. And by the way, when night falls, you’ll need to escape from a killer demon with the bloodied head of a deer.
　　Faces of Anne relies heavily on elements of the slasher film – and in many ways, that’s exactly what it is. But the film is also a puzzle, whose central question – Why is Anne here? – allows us to explore theories as to its solution until the very last moment. Are we inside a video game? An escape room? The mind of someone with multiple personalities? The elaborate and nihilistic fantasy of a deranged serial killer? It’s nothing new to remark that the best horror films are often those that reflect the fears of society; this film builds a clever – and viscerally terrifying – analogy of some of the difficulties faced by today’s young people.

　　Followed by Darby Harper, who is granted the ability to see ghosts after suffering a near death experience in her childhood. Then, she runs a side business counseling local spirits in her spare time.

　　Following the sudden and mysterious death of their father, a brother and sister return home to their sprawling New Orleans estate and encounter their unhinged stepmother, who will stop at nothing to gain control of their inheritance.
