　　USA有线台先前直接预定了10集新剧《目击者 Eyewitness》。该剧是根据挪威的犯罪惊悚小说Øyevitne改编。改剧由《警魂 Shades of Blue》的创作人Adi Hasak打造，同时他也会是该剧的编剧和制片人。Catherine Hardwicke负责执导。
　　《目击者Eyewitness》讲述的是两个无知的青少年兼情侣（其中一人由Tyler Young饰演）在丛林里目睹了一场枪击事件，且从枪击事件中死里逃生的故事。尽管他们一直死守着这个秘密以防犯罪分子找到他们，但却发现他们所看到的情景一直萦绕在他们的脑海里挥之不去。
　　Tyler Young饰演Philip O’Brien，是个感性的年轻男孩，见识过不少痛苦的事。他原本在平和的小镇里，准备与养母Helen重过新生活，而且他还爱上同校的男生Lukas，但目击到枪击事件改变了一切。
　　Julianne Nicholson则饰演养母Helen Torrance，曾经在大城市中当凶杀案警探。她抛开自己那令人难受的工作，并成为小镇警长及贤淑的妻子；然而枪击事件重新揭开她过去的心灵创伤，而且同时她还面对一件同样艰难的任务：照顾领养的Philip。
　　《得州崛起 Texas Rising》的James Paxton饰演Lukas Hallenbeck，他像个已获得一切的青少年，包校园括人气﹑炫酷的越野摩托车﹑全校最性感的女生等，但在这表面下，他一直被自己的性取向所困扰。当他遇上Philip后，他终于接受了自己的性取向，并跟他成为情侣，直至他们目击到枪击事件。
　　《升天 Ascension》主演Gil Bellows饰演正派﹑正直的兽医Gabe，他对Helen那种带自毁倾向，因为领养﹑凶杀案而面临破碎婚姻的生活感到同情；另外Tattiawna Jones以循环角色身份加盟，饰演Kamilah，一个不轻言认错的FBI探员，发现自己因为案件而夹在工作及身陷麻烦的妹妹之间。
　　Matt Murray加盟饰演循环角色，副警长Tony Michaels，他是警长Helen的左右手，能够良好管理他负责的警区。
　　挪威的原版小说《目击者Eyewitness》在剧情上惊悚恐怖，不仅揭露了犯罪细节，还揭晓了目击者自身的秘密。挪威的原版剧集去年在NRK Drama播出过，Anneke von der Lippe凭借剧中的女警探角色赢得了International Emmy最佳女演员奖。

　　该剧描述了16世纪苏格兰女王玛丽·斯图亚特（Adelaide Kane）的故事——她出生六天后即位苏格兰女王。由于她的母亲是法国人，所以她的童年和少女时代大都在法国渡过。本剧称玛丽15岁才来到法国，百度百科的资料显示她于1548年5岁的时候被送到法国，在法国宫廷里度过了10年的童年时光。1558年，不满16岁的玛丽同法国王太子弗朗西斯（Toby Regbo）结婚。1559年弗朗西斯即位法国国王，但一年后便去世了。18岁的少女寡妇玛丽于1561年返回苏格兰亲政。因为信仰天主教，玛丽为苏格兰贵族和加尔文教徒所不满。1567年被废黜，次年逃入英格兰，一直被英格兰女王、她的表亲伊丽莎白软禁。1587年，玛丽被伊利莎白一世以谋反罪名押上断头台。
　　在本剧中，玛丽被描述成一个会骑马舞剑、充满叛逆精神的坚强少女。剧情保留了历史上的「四玛丽」（即四个和她相同年纪都叫玛丽的宫廷女侍，她们分别来自苏格兰四个显贵家族：Beaton、Seaton、 Fleming 、林斯顿）。在强敌、黑暗力量和性丑闻笼罩的法国宫廷里，玛丽和她的好友将运用力量和智慧逃离是非之地，返回自己的祖国。

　　Michael throws an extravagant going-away party for Toby, and falls in love with the woman who is replacing him. Jim plans to propose to Pam at the party, but gets out-staged. Back at corporate, Ryan is arrested for fraud.
