　　在监控紧急专线时，警觉的联邦调查局探员Peter Sutherland（加布里埃尔·巴索 Gabriel Basso 饰）接听了一通电话，结果被卷入一桩牵涉白宫内奸的致命阴谋。

　　故事背景为二十世纪八十年代初的美国硅谷，其时个人电脑正处于萌芽阶段，IBM公司刚刚推出旗下第一款主打产品并垄断市场。故事主人公为乔·麦克米伦（李·佩斯 饰），一个富有远见且极具野心和胆识的IBM前高官，离开老东家后他神秘失踪一年，现任职于“卡迪夫电子公司”。乔一心想要设计出革命性科技产品，与老东家抗衡，他召集了高登·科拉克（斯科特·麦克纳里 饰）——因产品失败而一蹶不振、得不到妻子支持的天才工程师，还有卡梅伦·霍威（麦肯兹·戴维斯 饰）——曾与乔发生过一夜情的科技奇才。乔运用强硬手段，迫使现任老板不得不加入这场野心勃勃、竞争激烈的科技革命洪流。

当第五季回归时，故事将紧跟Rita被谋杀的情节，「Dexter将对Rita的死做出反应」，「我们将看到他的痛苦」，「悲痛是他从未经历过的事情，我们会发现那很有趣」。此外，剧组表示Rita（Julie Benz）不会再回到剧中，但是她的两个孩子会留下来，「Dexter和那两个孩子的问题，是我们本季要探索的一个大问题。」

　　ABC已续订《美国重案》第三季。

　　白宫的民主党候选人希拉里-克林顿（HillaryClinton）将客串喜剧中心频道的《大城小妞》（BroadCity）第三季，该剧由《周六夜现场》（SaturdayNightLive）的卡司艾米-波勒（AmyPoehler）担任制片。很巧合的是，很多人认为艾米-波勒是《周六夜现场》中模仿希拉里最成功的人。
　　去年一月，在《大城小妞》第二季开播之前，喜剧中心频道宣布了该剧第三季的续订，第三季将于明年2月17日开播，由曾在即兴系类短喜剧"The Upright Citizens Brigade"中表演过的艾比-雅各布森和伊拉纳-格雷泽（Ilana Glazer）创作和主演，该剧讲述了Abbi和Ilana，一对年轻的好朋友互相支持、互相帮助、互相在这座残酷的城市中生活下去的故事。
