爱的怪物论

　　再过不久，贝茨（Tabrett Bethell 饰）和丈夫卡麦林（安迪·惠特菲尔德 Andy Whitfield 饰）就将迎来属于他们的孩子，两人完全沉浸在幸福的氛围之中。在回老家的路上，夫妻二人入住了一家汽车旅馆，而就在当天夜里，卡麦林绝望的发现大着肚子的贝茨失踪了。直觉告诉卡麦林，这一切都是旅馆搞的鬼，爱妻心切的他不顾警察的阻拦独自踏上了寻妻之路。
　　醒来的贝茨发现自己被困在了一间废旧的工厂里，同时，肚子上的伤口告诉她，孩子已经不知所踪。在工厂里，贝茨发现了许多和自己一样被绑架而来并且强制生产的妇女，母爱使然，她们决定团结一致，找到各自的孩子，逃出这噩梦般的地方。然而，随着行动的步步深入，贝茨发现自己似乎陷入了一个恐怖的阴谋之中。

　　Three illegal drug dealers launched out on a voyage in a homemade submarine. The submarine worked well initially, but it started to malfunction. In attempting to reduce the weight somehow, they were investigating the cargo section when they discovered a young female, Reina, hidden there, and she looked appalling. As the situation gets worse, the tensions among the three men are heightened, and in the midst of this, Reina attempts to escape, but she has nowhere to go in the endless open sea.
　　With an unusual setting of the submarine, where nothing can be seen other than the horizon, Submersible captures the tension of the conflicts between the characters and their struggle for survival, while the submarine environment itself arouses extreme claustrophobia and anxiety. The top star from Columbia, Natalia Reyes, who attracted the worldwide film industry’s attention with Ciro Guerra’s Birds of Passage (2018), and made her Hollywood debut in Terminator: Dark Fate (2019), once again draws attention in her role as Reina. 　　In this unreal walk through the streets of Paris, Marie (Bulle Ogier), a woman convicted of robbing a bank is just out from prison when she runs into Baptiste (Pascale Ogier) a young paranoid needing companionship, and the two team up for awhile. Marie's former boyfriend (Pierre Clementi) supplies them with a strange map of the city, suspicious because he keeps files on political figures that may be somehow linked to the map. A gangster nicknamed "Max" begins to track Marie and the already paranoid Baptiste, causing Marie to examine the map as though it held the clue to which sides of the city were "safe" and which were not. As the two women attempt to outsmart Max and unknown gangsters, they try to figure out the map - a task made all the more difficult by Baptiste's tendency to violent rushes of adrenaline and Marie's overworked imagination (a dragon at the North Bridge is a threat until Baptiste screams him down). Between the dragon and their own demons, Marie and Baptiste face frightening odds against coming out of this misadventure intact. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, Rovi

A young student is murdered in a park by an unseen assailant during a heavy thunderstorm. The murderer makes his escape, but is identified by a number of people at the park exit. A sports presenter from a local TV channel, Alessandro Marchi, is quickly arrested, and despite protestations of innocence, is charged with the murder.
　　Marchi calls his lawyer, who promises to have him released very soon, but when it comes to the trial the lawyers case is a weak one, full of holes, and Marchi is duly found guilty.
　　All is not what it seems and it soon becomes apparent that the lawyer is having an affair with Marchi's wife and obviously does not have Marchi's best interests at heart…
