What ensues is a battle of the old world against the new.

首先当这部剧集在秋季归来时，故事将会发生在第3季结束的6个月后，Dexter和Rita新婚之后，并生下来了一个男宝宝。

　　Charlie introduces us to the world of Hotel Babylon - a world of fantasy and indulgence, where you can be whatever you want to be, provided you have the cash to pay for it.
