　　故事发生在宾夕法尼亚的Banshee镇，曾经坐过牢的诈骗大师兼飞天大盗lucas（安东尼·斯塔尔 Antony Starr 饰）拿到了Banshee警长的身份，取代他成为了当地执法者。在小镇服役时间最长的警官Brock（马特·索维托 Matt Servitto 饰）本有希望成为警长，而lucas的到来威胁到他的地位。lucas发现他过去的情人Carrie（伊万娜·米利塞维奇 Ivana Milicevic 饰）改名生活在小镇，并嫁给了当地检察官。一方面，lucas用他新的合法身份继续秘密地犯罪，另一方面，暴徒冷血无情的乌克兰黑帮成员兔子先生（本·克劳斯 Ben Cross 饰），15年来一直在追踪lucas和Carrie的下落。但是一切都在lucas进入Banshee镇后变得不一样起来......

　　Set-in present-day Europe, War of the Worlds is a multi-faceted series, based on the story by H.G. Wells.   When astronomers detect a transmission from another galaxy, it is definitive proof of intelligent extra-terrestrial life. The world’s population waits for further contact with baited breath. They do not have to wait long. Within days, mankind is all but wiped out; just pockets of humanity are left in an eerily deserted world.
　　As alien ships appear in the sky, the survivors ask a burning question – who are these attackers and why are they hell-bent on our destruction? 　　“Me” follows a 12-year-old kid named Ben who is in the throes of middle school (complete with bullies, crushes and school dances!) as he adjusts to a newly blended family AND the realization that he has super powers. Throughout the 10-episode season, Ben goes on a journey of self-discovery and learns what having super powers truly means. He finds an ally in his stepsister, Max, who helps him harness these powers and uncover the secrets behind the mysteries and tragedies of his community … all while he tries to come to terms with what it means to be Ben.

　　Eminent Boston Psychiatrist, Frasier Crane, last seen gracing the bars of Cheers has left his life there to start afresh in Seattle. He now has a spot as a popular radio Psychiatrist, giving him the chance to spread words of wit and wisdom to the masses. He shares his apartment with his retired cop father, Martin, and his father's physical care assistant, Daphne Moon. Add in brother Niles, Eddie the dog, some bizarre situations and plenty of humour and you've got all the ingredients for an excellent show and worthy successor to Cheers.
