夜半鬼敲门4：致命的家

　　阴阳先生阎阳明经营着一家纸扎店，名为阴阳中间站，店如其名，这里不禁传承着中华纸扎这门最古老的手艺，更是阴阳两届一个传递信息的中间站。第一个故事镜子，讲述了一个女孩爱上了闺蜜的未婚夫从而不择手段，致使闺蜜蒙冤对着镜子自杀，而后发生了一系列恐怖事情……一面镜子可以照出人间百态，每面镜子中都有一个世界，或美好或邪恶，这取决于镜前人的作为。爱美之心人皆有之，可万事万物皆有尺度，有些事一旦过了界限，则会反其道而行之，第二个故事头发讲述的就是一个女孩在理发店接完头发后发生的怪事。

　　受法官塔萍（阿伦`瑞克曼）陷害，被迫流放他乡15年的陶德（约翰尼`德普）回到伦敦后，满心的怒火，只想复仇。他的妻子露西（劳拉`凯利）已经不知所踪，而女儿乔安娜（珍妮`怀森纳）则被塔萍作为养女囚禁在深宅大院里。
　　陶德遇到了馅饼店老板娘洛薇特夫人（海伦娜`卡特），也是一直爱恋他的女人。在馅饼店楼上，陶德重新开张了他的理发店。渐渐的馅饼的生意好了起来，只是烟筒里不断冒出恶臭的黑烟。理发店的客人也很多，却很少见到有人走出来。那里，陶德一直在等着法官塔萍的到来。

　　18世纪的路易斯安娜州，丧失妻女痛不欲生的庄园主路易（布拉德·皮特 饰）遇上了吸血鬼莱斯塔特（汤姆·克鲁斯 饰），被其施法变成吸血鬼。路易心存人性，不愿意吸血杀人，靠吸食动物的血为生，而莱斯塔特则一心要把路易斯教导成一个真正的吸血同类。
　　在新奥尔良，路易禁不起诱惑吸了小女孩克萝迪娅（克尔斯滕·邓斯特 饰）的血，而莱斯塔特则不顾路易斯的反对把克萝迪娅也变成了吸血鬼。三个人组成了一个奇特的家庭。
　　几十年过去了，克萝迪娅开始怨恨莱斯塔特剥夺了他真正的人生，她设计杀死了莱斯塔特，和路易周游世界，过着既像父女、又像情人的生活，寻找同类，也寻找着自身存在的意义。
　　在巴黎，他们遇上了以阿蒙（安东尼奥·班德拉斯 饰）为首的一群吸血鬼，聚居在剧院地下，过着和他们迥然不同的生活，阿蒙给了路易许多教导，想成为路易的新伙伴，为此，路易和克萝迪娅之间出现了裂痕，最终，酿成了无可挽回的悲剧。
　　1988年，路易斯返回了新奥尔良，向一个年轻记者马洛伊（克里斯琴·斯莱特 饰）讲述了自己的经历，讲述了吸血鬼长生不死背后的哀伤，不料，马洛伊在听完之后却被深深地吸引，一个新的吸血鬼的故事，将由此开始。

　　A young man, Peter, returns to Austria in search of his heritage. There he visits the castle of an ancestor, a sadistic Baron who was cursed to a violent death by a witch whom the Baron had burned at the stake. Peter reads aloud the incantation that causes Baron Blood to return and continue his murderous tortures.

　　A blind pianist tries to figure out who is responsible for a string of murders using a black cat with its caws dipped in curare.

　　艾玛（梅根·福克斯饰演）因为不可告人的秘密被她丈夫发现，从而陷入了其丈夫精心策划的一个复仇乱局。丈夫用手铐将艾玛和自己拷在一起，并在她面前开枪自杀。之后的所有一切，似乎都没有办法逃脱其丈夫死前的算计。

　　富有銀行家的妻子突然失蹤，繼而開啟充斥著秘密癖好、鋌而走險，以及精心欺瞞的迷炫世界。

　　年轻的孕妇露丝逃脱了凶残的儿童邪教。在接下来的十年里，她匿名生活，试图使儿子免遭她小时候所经历的恐怖，但有邪恶跟着她，现在，她必须面对邪恶，或者失去孩子……

　　大学毕业后，Bridget和她最好的朋友Lindsay搬到了一个新的城镇。她得到了一份担任Anthony Gloss行政助理的工作，但她很快发现，奢侈的生活可能会付出致命的代价。

　　Constantly on the hunt and suffering from hallucinations that drive his violent nature, an unnamed man is capturing women and savagely beating them to death. Meanwhile, a woman is luring men into a violent end, by way of her knife. Driven by the same force to make the opposite sex suffer, the killers’ fates intertwine. The two must face off in a battle to the death, in which they are forced to reveal the horrible truth behind their addiction to murder.
　　“Brutal” takes an interesting approach to its visuals, drawing heavy influence from Western “Grindhouse” films, using a filter to make the footage appear grainy, damaged, and with light and color fluctuations. Unfortunately, the visual styling ends up feeling misguided, as other than applying the filter it does not imitate any other aspects of the “Grindhouse” genre. Despite trying to dirty up the film, it is apparent it was shot on digital. The cinematography is also a step above most “Grindhouse” productions, with Takashi Hirose proving he has talent behind the camera. Exterior shots to those taking place in small spaces are all competently framed, lit, and transition well. The decision to add an effect on top of the work hurts the film’s imagery and even gives a sense of desperation to try to capture a certain type of nostalgia with the audience, instead of relying on its own strengths. It is unfortunate when one creative choice can hurt a production so much.
　　The story of “Brutal” is simple but effective, it does attempt some sort of social commentary about the violent nature of men and women, but it does not offer enough depth into the subject to justify the amount of violence on display. The film does end on a strong note with an interesting twist, with a reveal that is bound to gross some out, while giving others a chuckle. In spite of its simple nature, those who enjoy films that make them somewhat uncomfortable and enjoy the challenge of getting through some ultra-violence, “Brutal” poses a fun and entertaining challenge in that regard.

　　Grace, an aspiring model, is thrilled to have fashion photographer Hunter Kelly help launch her career. But when the photo shoot becomes a kidnapping showing Hunter's true intentions to use Grace as his next "star" on a sexy website, Grace must find a way to escape before she becomes Hunter's next model murder victim.
