　　博基亚家族是14到16世纪间十分有影响力的一个意大利家族，教皇亚历山大六世及其子女均为该家族成员。博基亚家族是当时欧洲颇有影响力的宗教、军事和政治领袖。
　　剧集《博基亚家族》的背景设定在1492年，当时教皇亚历山大六世（真名为 Rodrigo Borgia）正在欧洲呼风唤雨，显赫一时。该剧将在2011年播出。

　　One early morning in March 2015, the Danish police received a call from a nurse at Nykøbing Falster Hospital. She suspects her close colleague of deliberately killing patients and fears that it has just happened again. Soon a murder case unfolds like never seen before in Danish legal history. Several co-workers are now telling the police that they also suspect the nurse has poisoned patients, and some even tell that they have been walking around with this suspicion for several years. 　　Will & Grace are best friends. Will is a gay lawyer and Grace is a straight interior designer. They both live in New York. Grace is engaged to a real jerk, but when that relationship falls apart, she moves in with Will. This is only supposed to be until Grace finds a place of her own, but she and Will end up with each other as permanent roommates. Also in the cast are Jack, Will's flamboyant gay friend and Karen, Graces' secretary/assistant who doesn't really need to work because she married money several times.

　　The fifth-year residents return for the first day of a year that will make or break their careers: Meredith faces the consequences of tampering with Derek's clinical trial and is terminated at the hospital; April tries to step up to the plate as Chief Resident in the wake of a giant sinkhole in the middle of Seattle; and Cristina and Owen are still at odds over their drastically different feelings for their unborn child.

　　The four vampires of the residence gather to discuss what they should do with Guillermo, who killed the Vampire Council. Laszlo is happy that they're fine, but Nadia isn't so sure. She figures that Guillermo is Nandor's responsibility, but he points out that Guillermo did it to save them. Colin doesn't care, and Nadia and the Doll insist that they have to kill Guillermo. Nandor reminds them that they're still in danger, and the Council will send more assassins and only Guillermo can protect them.
　　Nandor figures that they should slumber on it. Guillermo's bell rings from the basement, and they go down to check on Guillermo. It's been a month since they imprisoned him and haven't decided Guillermo's fate, and they go to Guillermo's cell. Guillermo says that his bathroom bucket is empty. Colin offers to empty it so he can see if Guillermo is sending out secret messages.
