第二季故事发生在第一季结局的10个月后，时间线为一个美国独立纪念日的周末。

　　故事设定在《哥斯拉2：怪兽之王》里哥斯拉和泰坦巨兽之间的惊天大战夷平了旧金山，以及确认怪兽是真实存在的现状后，凯特再次被一个令人震惊的秘密吓坏了。面对巨大的威胁，她踏上了环球冒险之旅，以了解有关家人和名为“帝王”之神秘组织的真相。

　　《海滨帝国》再现了美国禁酒令时期（1920-1933年）大西洋城这个海滨小城阴暗面的生存状况。《海滨帝国》的编剧是《黑道家族》的编剧特伦斯·温特，该剧根据作家Nelson Johnson的原著《海滨帝国：大西洋城的诞生，鼎盛以及堕落》(Boardwalk Empire:The Birth, High Times and Corruption of Atlantic City)改编。

　　Grace Sachs（Nicole Kidman饰）过着心目中理想的生活：Grace是位成功的心理治疗师，有着优秀的医生丈夫及在精英私立学校就读的儿子，而且她正准备出版一本两性议题书《You Should Have Known》，书中主要是斥责女人不听从自己直觉，没看出男伴所呈现的意思。
　　然而在出版前几周，一宗致死事件牵涉到突然失踪的丈夫，Grace这才发现自己生活出现巨大裂缝，而且过去早有先兆，只是她没听从自己直觉。而在事情被闹大后，女主得为了儿子放弃现在的生活。
　　Hugh Grant饰演Jonathan Sachs，他是位广受好评的儿科肿瘤医生，给人忠心丈夫及好爸爸的印象，但其实他失踪前早有不寻常的先兆。Noah Jupe饰演男女主的12岁儿子Henry Sachs。

　　NYPD Detective Danny Reagan takes a position with Boston PD. Once in Boston, he is paired with Detective Lena Peters, the eldest daughter of a prominent law enforcement family.

　　《米兰达》是一部在英国的BBC TWO台播出的情景喜剧，源于一档电台节目“Miranda Hart的玩笑商店”。
　　Miranda（米兰达·哈特 Miranda Hart 饰）总是让她妈妈失望，她对此也无能为力。妈妈每天的任务是一心把她嫁出去，但Miranda的相貌身材即使搭配晚装依然被认为异装癖；参与任何正式的女人谈话聚会总是洋相百出时。Miranda经营一家玩笑商店，雇员是她的老朋友娇小可人跟她反差鲜明的Stevie（萨拉·哈德兰 Sarah Hadland 饰）。无厘头的潮爆老妈，吐槽女神兼死党店员，帅气天然呆的暧昧男友。这一切就是Miranda生活的全部，她就用自己的方式一直积极快乐着......

　　ABC宣布续订《菜鸟老警》第五季。

　　第三季的焦点重回到活跃于街头的Barksdale团伙，同时也将视角扩展到政治领域。此外，本季当中引入Hamsterdam这一新支线剧情，以探讨在部分人烟稀少的街区对非法毒品交易及卖淫的「事实性」合法化会有怎么样的潜在积极作用。这种做法在阿姆斯特丹和其他欧洲城市取得了积极成果，减少了市内的街头犯罪。这些都是对早先情节的延续。

　　Filming has begun on the fourth series of popular Bath-based detective drama McDonald & Dodds, starring Tala Gouveia and BAFTA award-winner Jason Watkins.
　　
　　Comprising three feature length films (3 x120), the guest cast for the first story includes Toby Stephens (Lost In Space), singer/songwriter Pixie Lott (The Voice Kids), Lydia Leonard (Gentleman Jack), Daniel Lapaine (Catastrophe), Dipo Ola (Landscapers), John Gordon Sinclair (Gregory’s Girl) and Ace Bhatti (Line of Duty).
　　
　　In this first film, McDonald and Dodds begin to investigate when a middle-aged woman is found shot dead in a rented flat. The killer has removed all clues to her identity, but DNA reveals she went missing over 35 years ago. Where has she been all those years? And who with?
　　
　　Returning to the cast this series are Claire Skinner (Outnumbered) who plays Chief Superintendent Ormond and Charlie Chambers (EastEnders) who plays DC Goldie. Bhavik C. Pankhania (World On Fire) joins the line up as DC Lee.
　　
　　The series has been commissioned for ITV by Polly Hill and Huw Kennair Jones and will be produced by Joe Shrubb. Executive producers are Robert Murphy, Damien Timmer and Charlotte Webber. The first film is written by Robert Murphy and directed by Khurrum M. Sultan.

　　Jim Phelps is the new leader of the Impossible Missions Force, with no explanation, or even reference made, about the departure of predecessor Dan Briggs. First up for Phelps is a mission involving the drug trade. Cresnik and Walters have cornered the heroin market and sell it at a handsome profit to gangs around the world. Phelps devises an operation which will drive a wedge between the heroin dealers and their customers.

　　CBS宣布续订《新夏威夷神探》第4季。

　　本剧讲述一位心理治疗师(席格尔饰)打破常规、将自身想法完全告诉客户的故事，福特则饰演菲尔·罗德斯博士，一位脚踏实地、锋芒毕露的心理医生，这也是他首次在剧集中担任主演。
