　　法兰克是一个年轻而富有理想的警察，他从巡警开始做起，后来成为卧底警察，虽然他的破案率很高，但他不愿意象其他警察那样收受贿赂，这使他显得和其他人格格不入。这种做法也使他身陷危机，因为他的同事们都与他为敌，且不时地陷害他。当检察组开始调查警局内部的贪污内幕时，他又出面作证，因此更陷入危险之中……

　　由三原光寻导演、嘉门洋子等主演的一部惊悚悬疑类影片。本片改编自日本著名推理小说家江户川乱步的同名小说，反映的是对偷窥者和谋杀的研究，并以爱伦·坡式的恐怖故事的味道传达专横跋扈的变态情欲。本片将原来的男性“散步者”乡田三郎设定为死者，大胆改用女性来做偷窥者和受害者，以她的行动和遭遇来推动情节的发展，同时也使得片中有着浓郁十足的香艳气息。

The ties that bind emotion and propriety begin to unravel, and the tangled net that is woven will hold a secret that will catch them all.
