　　《私人會所》的故事講述家境不佳大學生Milo（馮海銳飾）因好友巧盈（陳美伊飾）炒股失利，結果跟巧盈一起到仿如夜總會運作高級私人會所Balcony工作賺錢，在Joey媽（陳潔玲飾）的帶領下，與菲菲（湯加文飾）與Sabrina（鍾卓菲飾）每晚陪著客人。証券分析員 Steven（李任燊飾）在工作關係由富二代Lucas（麥子樂飾）帶到Balcony，並且認識了莊家倫爺（李凱賢飾）及阿傑（陳詠謙飾）。Stephen首次在Balcony便遇上首天工作的Milo，並且互相發展。考了經紀牌的巧盈則希望能讓陳傑開戶，而Lucas在不得志下卻對Joey媽有感，而倫爺卻對菲菲有其好感。不過在股場之下，卻隱藏著暗湧，影響眾人命運。

　　夏去秋至，在长野经营葡萄酒专卖店的松原辰平（役所広司 饰）百感交集将女儿送入婚姻殿堂。自妻子20年前过世以来，松原尽心抚养女儿长大，为此也曾放弃另一段爱情。而女儿的出嫁，似乎让这个坚强的男人体会到了情感的失落与凄凉。在此之后，他暂时放下手中的工作，前往京都拜访作家老友重 宗周吉（岩松了 饰），也见到了高中时代好友山边孝介（点点 饰）。受山边所托，松原前往夜店调查对方的女儿——也是松原女儿的好友——礼子（中越典子 饰）。礼子自幼暗恋松原，而这位初老的男人心中隐秘的情感似乎也正在复苏……
