ABC宣布续订长寿喜剧《中之道 The Middle》第9季，根据Deadline指所有演员皆签下一年新约。

Sammy and Nate investigate the murder of a street gang member who was recently acquitted of rape, probably ignoring she's the daughter of gang baron Luis Reyes. Russell is amused to see Lidia suffers the same selfish rudeness from her new, domineering partner as he, but gracefully, put up with from her.

Discovery频道的8集FBI罪案调查剧《追缉：炸弹客 Manhunt: Unabomber》（原名《宣言 Manifesto》）确定在美国时间8月1日首播，首播集为两小时集。《追缉：炸弹客》由Kevin Spacey和Dana Brunetti担任本剧的执行制片人，执笔了本剧试映集的Andrew Sodroski也负责制作本剧。该剧根据现实改篇，大学炸弹客Ted Kaczynski是位大学数学教授，拥有167的高智商，以炸弹犯罪引致3死23伤。 本剧主要讲述了FBI如何抓住那些声名狼藉的“优秀”罪犯，第一季将着眼于FBI探员Jim "Fitz" Fitzgerald（Sam Worthington饰），一个不习惯用老方法收集情报的专门语言学家。他用自己非传统的方法让藏匿了近20年的“大学炸弹客/隐形炸弹/Unabomber”被绳之以法，关键之处就在于他发现了“大学炸弹客”的真实身份可能隐藏在他的"宣言"中，而这个"宣言"也是Kaczynski众多阴谋之一。Paul Bettany饰演被称为“大学炸弹客”的Ted Kaczynski，而John Berchtold将饰演年轻时代的Ted Kaczynski。

Having woken up in Hong Kong, with no memory for the last two years (!), Sydney returns to Los Angeles to try to piece together the last two years of her life and discovers the fates of her friends and family: Vaughn has married thinking that Sydney was long dead; Marshall is having a baby with CIA tech expert Carrie Bowman; and Dixon is now the new division head of the L.A. office branch of the CIA. Sydney also learns the shocking fates of Jack and Sloane; the former is in CIA custody for communicating with Irina whom still is in hiding, while the latter is living in Switzerland under house arrest in exchange for co-operation with the CIA. Sydney is granted temporary CIA clearance on a case that may help her regain her memory and she meets a new enemy group called The Covenant.
