美国恐怖故事第十季

　　Ryan Murphy dropped a teaser for a new series titled Grotesquerie in an Instagram post (see it below) on Friday. According to the post, it will star Niecy Nash-Betts — who has worked with Murphy several times before and is coming off an Emmy win for Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story — Courtney B. Vance and Lesley Manville and is set to premiere in the fall.
　　The teaser features Nash-Betts’ voice, sounding very disturbed about a crime scene: “I don’t know when it started. I can’t put my finger on it. But it’s different now. There’s been a shift. It’s like something’s opening up in the world — a kind of hole to the center of nothingness. What I saw today — they sent shrinks for everyone who worked this crime scene. You think, ‘Well hon, evil has always existed,’ and cite some statistic about how the world’s getting better, less murder, more help, less global horror, never been a better time to be alive, honey.”
　　Her voice cracking, Nash-Betts (or rather, her character) concludes by saying, “Come back. It’s not getting better. And I keep needing to hear your answers, because something’s happening around us, and nobody sees but me.”

　　英国ITV台推出的最新同志情景喜剧《极品基老伴》由两位托尼奖得主主演，经典喜剧《威尔与格蕾丝》和著名动画《恶搞之家》的编剧和幕后执行制片人操刀，讲述一对同志老伴的毒舌人生，未播出即备受瞩目。两位主演作为已公开出柜的英国老戏骨，参演影视作品和舞台剧无数，他们的默契和互动构成本剧最大的看点。

　　侦探小说家Richard Castle（内森·菲利安 Nathan Fillion 饰）因为一起连环杀人案结识了纽约警局的Kate Beckett（斯坦娜·卡蒂克 Stana Katic 饰），并对她产生了浓厚的兴趣。虽然Beckett强烈反对，Castle最终还是凭借 自己发达的人脉，在纽约警局“赖”了下来，跟在Beckett身后办案以寻找写作灵感。性格和背景迥异的两人在不断的斗嘴与摩擦中竟然渐渐培养出了默契，成了名符其实的最佳搭档。但Castle不顾Beckett的反对，私下调查Beckett母亲多年前的命案，一度导致两人的关系一度陷入僵局。当Richard那种 "随心所欲"、"自由散漫" 的作风与Beckett那种程序化的保守作风相抵触时，争论随之而来，火花也随之而来。是危险，还是浪漫？

　　本片融警匪与法庭于一体的电视剧，片中讲述的犯罪基本原于真实生活，往往是近期报纸上的头条新闻。节目分为两部分，上半部分介绍警察研究现场，征询证人，提审嫌疑犯等一系列的侦破活动，后半部分详尽记录了案件侦破的后期工作，案件转交到检查官手里，检查官衡量案情，起诉，直到庭审，节奏紧凑，扣人心弦。由于最终坏人不一定被绳之于法，所以观众看的时候往往暗自捏一把汗。
　　这个剧集除了已经播出的15季之外，还包括3个特别的系列，一个是
　　Special Victims Unit 系列（6季），一个是Criminal Intent 系列（4季），和Trial By Jury
　　系列。可见其火爆程度。堪称NBC历史上，乃至美国影史上最宏伟的剧集。

　　这是Law & Order十四年如一日，也是我百听不厌的开场白，是以Law & Order franchise(包括spin-off的SVU)都兼有探员的办案过程跟检察官在法庭上的滔滔雄辩，这二者相互分庭抗礼成为Law & Order奠定其cop drama之教父地位的独特魅力，但是近来每回看Law & Order，都彷彿只是在等待后半小时的法庭戏上，也不是说前面的办案就不精采，但是总要在进入起诉过程中才显出本剧的成熟、世故，细腻精妙处的炉火纯青；一男一女老少两位检察官的不同考量而激盪出的互动、辩证，起诉的战略方针往往不只是黑白分明的司法正义考量，而牵扯到背后司法制度及其偏狭漏洞、细微的政治空气，Law & Order更不只是关在摄影棚里编造天马行空的离奇案件，它每回总是不犹疑地定睛盯上社会中的敏感命题。
　　
　　Law & Order: 和L&O: SVU一样，是Law & Order家族的老大，Wolf Dick的作品。个人觉得它有点像一个drama版的今日说法，当然Law & Order要好很多。Law & Order的最大卖点是它的order部分。看order部分对美国criminal law和criminal procedure law有很大的了解。

　　Steven Parnell, who was accused of murdering a number young girls the previous summer, is killed while in prison awaiting trial. Morse had not been involved in the case as he was on leave during most of that investigation. What piques Morse's interest is that one of the victims, Karen Anderson, was never found and it is assumed that her body was dumped in a nearby lake but Parnell confessed to his priest on his deathbed that he wasn't responsible for that particular murder. When one of the witnesses in the case, George Daly, is murdered, Morse and Lewis try to find some connection to Anderson's disappearance. They also wonder why Anderson's camera - she was an avid photographer - wasn't found. What they come across is a group of middle-aged men whose hobby is taking so-called glamour photos.

　　A group of aliens has come to Earth to learn about its population, customs, etc. To avoid detection, they have taken on human form which gives them human emotions, physical needs etc. WITHOUT the understanding of what they mean or the inhibitions normally present in humans. Their leader takes the position of a college professor, their military expert as his sister, their intelligence expert, supposedly oldest of group takes form of his teenage son. The uninhibited reactions turn everyday events into unusual situations.
